This flower takes it origin from the warmer zones of the Northern Hemisphere
The daisy or the "Chrysanthemum leucanthemum" is a herbaceous plant of the Asteraceae family. Daisy petals have a long and thin form, imitating little tongues. These petals go around a central golden or yellow button. Daisy leaves have an oval shape. Its stems are long and thin, reaching up to a meter in height in some cases.
Daisies must be frequently watered without being drowned. To encourage continuous blooming in your daisies, try to take off the dead flowers every once in a while. When the stalks reach a height of approximately 40 cm, give them some little pinches from the middle of the stalk up. This will foment the growth of new shoots.

In respect to the different classes of daisies, there is a wide variety of "Chrysanthemum." However, among them, the appearance of the flower changes a lot. Among daisies, different flower sizes are grown, but all of them belong to the category "Chrysanthemum leucanthemum," excepting the lesser daisy, originating from Eurasia, which is called the "Bellis Perennis."
